Returns & Refund Policy

Livebright.co accepts returns only on products that arrive damaged or defective. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or undamaged items.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@livebright.co with photographic evidence of the damage. Livebright.co reserves the right to assess submitted claims and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Livebright.co is not responsible for damages caused by improper storage, misuse, or conditions outside of our control once the product has been delivered. All sales of undamaged products are final.

No Refunds for Failed Deliveries

Shipments returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate shipping information is provided at the time of purchase. Livebright.co is not liable for orders that are undeliverable due to address errors or missed delivery attempts.
